How does the application process work?
We can imagine that you would like to know how the whole application process works at MOL Logistics. Below we have divided this into 5 steps. So you know exactly where you stand!
Step 1: Apply
We post our vacancies on our website. If you would like to send an open application or more information about internships at MOL Logistics, please send your email to Madelon or Lieke to HR: hr@mol-logistics.nl

Step 2: Evaluation of applications
Once we have received your application, we will start processing it. We aim to respond within two weeks. If your application has made us enthusiastic, we will invite you for an introductory interview. It is also possible that you are rejected on the basis of the assessment, in which case we will send you an e-mail. As part of the GDPR, we will then destroy the cover letter, CV and email after completing the application process.
Step 3: Introductory meeting
The introductory interview normally takes place with the (future) line manager and an HR Specialist. During this orientation interview we will try to get a good impression of you as a person and your capabilities and see if you could become the new colleague within MOL Logistics. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the vacancy and our company, gladly! We find it important to give a clear and honest picture of our organisation and the vacancy so that you too can make a good choice.
Step 4: Follow-up interview
If the introductory interview is positive for both parties, we will ask you for a follow-up interview. This interview takes place in principle with a (future) direct colleague and another HR Specialist. We will go deeper into the content of the job and your capabilities and motivation. An assessment or another test by a third party can be part of the procedure. Depending on the position, a further interview may take place.
Step 5: Contract proposal
If we are convinced of your qualities, we will make you an offer to come and work for us. In this offer, the terms of employment are set out in more detail.
After signing the necessary documents, we will give you a warm welcome at MOL Logistics!
