From blue to magenta: shipping company MOL officially part of Ocean Network Express

It turned out not to be an April 1 joke: the official launch of Ocean Network Express (ONE) is a fact!

New colours for shipping company

ONE is the result of an integration of the container operations of the three Japanese shipping companies Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd ("K" Line), Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd (MOL) and Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK). Through this partnership, ONE allows its customers to benefit from the combined 1,440,000 TEU fleet.

Supported by its global organisation, ONE offers 85 different scheduled services that together connect over 200 of the world's major ports. The launch of the container shipping business is in line with the original schedule set when the company was founded on 7 July 2017.

ONE will soon add a new ship to its fleet: the Minato, with a capacity of 13,870 teu.
